1. Our Guarantee

If you purchase a GetVizible Premium Report ($97 AUD) and are not satisfied with the report for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

This guarantee applies to all Premium Report purchases made through our website at getvizible.ai.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send us an email
    Email compliance@riga.net.au with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
    • The email address used at the time of purchase
    • The domain name that was audited
    • Your approximate date of purchase
    • Your Stripe receipt or transaction reference (if available)
  2. Complete a brief exit survey
    We will send you a short survey (2–3 questions) asking what didn’t meet your expectations. This is not a barrier to your refund — it helps us improve our product and service. Your refund will not be conditional on your answers.
  3. Receive your refund
    Once we verify your purchase and receive your completed exit survey, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe.

If you have purchased Premium Reports for multiple domains, each purchase is treated separately. You may request a refund for one or more individual reports within the 30-day window for each respective purchase.

We reserve the right to review and decline refund requests where we reasonably believe the refund policy is being used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose (for example, systematically purchasing and refunding reports to obtain audit data without payment). In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the matter before making a decision.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services re-supplied or to receive a refund if the services fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are in addition to, and are not limited by, our 30-day money-back guarantee.
